Finding Peace

You will find that deep place of silence right in your room,

your garden or even your bathtub.”

Today I thought I would keep it simple and reblog this lovely quote. So… Be your own life coach: what’s one thing you can do to relax in your home? What rituals do you use to unwind? How can you do more of it?

A musician can relax by composing,a poet can relax by writing poetry,a foodie can savour his food and find peace at home….basically,it’s being yourself and doing things that give you immense pleasure….(I play guitar to unwind!)

I agree because true happiness all comes from within you, not through material items, some passing TV show, or anything like that; it’s all within us, if we allow it to shine through!!!

Nice one!! And when they believe that one needs to go to India to find peace, is it assumed that all Indians are full of peace?

Loved the quote…Truly believe that peace is always there waiting for us to uncover, simply by getting rid of all the ‘seemingly wanted’ unwanted stufff

Hope no one’s minding a reblog 🙂 sumtime in the near future 🙂
    Happy blogging 🙂
