You can either get healthier or you can just get older.

Fitness Can Be Fun.

If treadmills and dumbbells aren’t your thing, no worries! There are lots of fun ways to get exercise. Swimming and hiking are enjoyable activities to do alone, or you could join a team or class. Dancing, bowling, golf, and tennis are a few examples. Even if you’re not a great athlete, keep at it. You may be surprised at how much you improve with a little practice.

  1. I love that quote. But in addition to exercise (which, I agree, is super important), I think what we eat and put into our bodies has a bigger impact on our aging and overall longevity
